How Were You Feeling Before You Found Bains Law, Inc.?
I felt a little frustrated and confused before speaking with Kenea. I had contacted another law firm to get the estate planning process started, but my phone call alone left me feeling confused. I was told to complete a piece of paper for a will, but I really wanted to discuss what all the options were. I ended up cancelling that appointment because I was so fearful I wouldn’t ask for the right information.

I was referred to Kenea Bains and Bains Law Inc. by my realtor that recognized that I was involved in a messy family trust issue and I should speak to an attorney. Kenea was very understanding and empathetic, and she gave me the knowledge and clarity to help me understand what my options were. Kenea, was a savior to a woman who lost hope there was ever going to be resolution to her situation… I am a Realtor and have worked with other Attorneys on several matters. In this situation there was a missing Trust, and no one knew who the appointed trustee was. The woman had contacted a paralegal to help her who could not.
